Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. After processing, orders are estimated at 7-14 business days to reach destination.
Shipping
Orders are calculated by our carriers based on weight, package volumes, and destination. Please note that international orders may incur additional taxes, and costs depending on the regulations of your country.
Delivery Time
Deliver times are an estimate and not guaranteed. They will only be estimated in business days ( does not include weekends/holidays).Once parcels are sent to shipping courier, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping courier service that was selected at time of purchase.

- Stolen packages
- Damages to orders by courier/ postal service
